Constipation: it sounds as though you need an evaluation for your constipation. Your primary care doctor would be a good place to start. While awaiting that evaluation, It may help to increase the amount of fiber in your diet. Fiber supplements may also be a good idea. Be sure to drink more liquids when you increase your fiber.
