Hard to say: Stretchy discharge or mucous is a sign of estrogen stimulation and is normal. Usually mid cycle. Spotting can be from a variety of issues (trauma from sex, irritated cervix, and host of other issues). If concerned for pregnancy and possible miscarriage do home preg test on first morning urine no sooner than 2 weeks after first unprotected sex. If neg, repeat in 7-10d. If both neg, unlikely prg
