Do not sqeezed: do not squeezed the tiny pumps, if you already did, that could explain the bruises and the redness. the tiny pumps are a oil gland cysts best to leave them alone, otherwise they becomes infected if they were squeezed. if you did not, constipation will not cause the redness, and the bruising, unless you had anal sex or a rough sex. if you did not do neither go and see a doctor,please.
