Probably a hemorrhoid.: Hemorrhoids are very common. You could probably Google a picture and reassure yourself. The bumps on the other hand really need to be seen. These may be simply skin tags or they made the venereal warts. I suggest you check in with your doctor for a definitive evaluation.
