Need to see...: ... in order to diagnose. Without seeing the area of concern, it is impossible to know what to think it is. A pimple is still certainly a possibility; however, one also thinks of a cold sore (herpes virus) as another possible cause. If not improving and you are worried - see your doctor so they can give an actual diagnosis.
