This morning i had bad cramps in my uterus and rectum area and hurts to sit i also feel dizzy pee a lot and i'm very tired a lot could i be pregnant

Pregnancy need test: If the question is about pregnancy then, did you miss your period? If not, wait to see if it comes. If not then, pregnancy test. If peeing a lot and/or other symptoms such as burning when urinating or having to go right away, not being able to hold it, etc. then, you need to get your urine tested for possible infections.

Possible: If you are having unprotected intercourse and your period is late or abnormal, you could be pregnant but many other things can cause these symptoms. Check a pregnancy test to know for sure.
