Infection/old blood: I am a little concerned that there was pain with urination and a yellow clot, that is not normal for vaginal clots, whereas the light brown blood is a bit more "normal" as this is most likely old blood left over from your previous period and is not something to be too concerned with. I don't think it would be a bad idea to have a urinalysis done at your doc's to rule out a UTI though.
