More info; get check: Any anorectal coitus? Possible irritation or even early herpes infection. Any constipation or hemorrhoid history? That could be a factor. Any recent yeast discharge with vsginal symptoms as well. An in-person exam sounds warranted, especially STD is a possibility. Hope that helps.
