Atypical sciatica: Young male w. intermittent "shocks" into unilateral testicular region. Absent testicular mass &/or indirect hernia, then concern rises for sacroiliac joint disorder; with referred discomfort into groin. Vertebral spine disorders do not refer to groin. In this case, General Surgeon consultation is warranted; followed by Osteopathic consult if imaging scans normal; refuting abdominal herniation.
