Movement: 37y w. unilateral upper back pain queries symptoms of various disordered tissues. Muscle/tendon pain reproducible by same vectors of mechanical stress & direct palpation. Referred neural pain elicited by movement of distant/contiguous body part, but not by direct palpation. Lung pain absent above described symptoms; constant or associated w. inspiration, shortness of breath, cough etc. See doctor.
