Pubic area pain: You're far enough out that something else might be going on. If you're ovaries were left intact that could be the issue. I probably would start with ruling out a urinary tract infection first. It might be of value to ask your gyn if you had a mild rectocoele or cystocoele as these can get worse with time especially if overweight. A last thought might be vaginal cuff prolapse.
