Cervix: Usually the cervix will return to pre-pregnancy conditions after 6 months of delivery. How do you know it is still open and hard? Did the GYN tell you that?-..If so, call the GYN and ask them exactly what they mean and why is it open and hard. The long and short of it is, the GYN Doctor specializes in this area and should be able to assist you. Best wishes.
