Gas pain: It is probably gas/stool moving along the large colon--especially on the left side is the Splenic flexture --which when you get gas/stool and spasticity will give you atypical chest pain---unless you have a family history of early heart disease--or you have known heart disease---then you need to see your doctor soon---otherwise--relieve any constipation that you may have with OTC prep,take GasX
