Dehydration?: Generally speaking, common conditions are more common than uncommon conditions. When one is dehydrated or not taking in enough oral nutrition/hydration, your gut "cramps" with activity b/c blood flow shunts to your muscles for support and away from your GI tract resulting in diarrhea. However, if you hydrate and cont to experience this, you MUST see your doctor to make sure nothing more serious.

Abdominal pain: abdominal cramps and diarrhea could be related to many different problems some of which are very common such as a virus. Other issues maybe an intolerance to certain foods. Follow up in a couple days if symptoms do not improve or sooner if pain gets worse.
