ANS dysfunction: Autonomic dysfucntion, or dysautonomia, often causes irregular pulse and blood pressure, sweating, digestive system symptoms, like bloating, lightheadedness with standing, and sometimes fainting. Pupillary abnormalities are also present at times in this setting.
