See your dentist: it could be a socket pain, or nerve ending exposed, you need to see your dentist.

Dental Pain: If you have pain on all of your teeth, the cause needs to be common to all of them. Gingivits/periodontitis or grinding/clenching are two conditions that come to mind. Have your dentist take a look.

Several things pos.: If 19 was extracted because it was too decayed to repair, you likely have issues on multiple other teeth. You could have issues with your gum health (periodontitis) or it could even be cardiac related. You need a thorough dental exam with possible referrals to other PCPs or dental specialists to develop a plan of treatment.

#19 extraction: The pain could be due to a dry socket, or it could be related to an infection in another tooth or your gums. Check with the surgeon or your dentist ASAP.

Tooth pain: See the extracting dentist to find out what is going on. It could be dry socket, an infection or problem with another tooth or teeth. Don't wait.

See DDS: Go back to the dentist that performed the extraction to make sure that you do not have a dry socket and all is healing well. Make sure to avoid smoking while the area is healing and have the dentist check that the clot was not dislodged.

Referred Pain: is pain in next tooth or other teeth besides the one that was removed. The time needed for pain to disappear completely may be as long as 2-3 weeks. If concerned, see your surgeon for post-op exam.

Pain: Could be caused by dry socket (most probable cause), neurologic damage, fracture, damage/fracture/infection of another tooth, etc. Call the Dentist or Oral Surgeon who did the extraction for a reevaluation.
