Gastritis: It sounds like you have gastritis an inflammation of the stomach lining. There are several things you can do to help with this. Add a daily probiotic. Remove irritating foods from your diet like dairy, red meat, citrus and nightshades (peppers, tomatoes, potatoes). Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco. Drink 80 oz water daily. Try an antacid for a few days. I hope you are better soon.
