Unfortunately: there are no blood test that can accurately diagnose lymphoma at early stages. Diagnosis of lymphoma usually requires radiological studies combined with tissue biopsy.

Flow cytometry: Cytologic smears and flow cytometry of mass or blood may be used for detecting early disease, if confirmed by an expert hematopathologist. Blood test per se is a late event usually when lymphoma happens in nodes or extranodal tissues such as stomach or skin.
