Rash: If the rash remains, have her checked. Raised rough rashes like that can be associated with strep illnesses. If she doesn't have a fever, it is unlikely to be measles. And she likely has been immunized. All the best.

Virtual appt: As long as she is otherwise well, you can wait. A picture of the rash can be uploaded to the EMR during a virtual appt online. I would recommend double rinsing her clothes when doing the laundry and using a clear fragrance free detergent. If there is any itching, an antihistamine can be given.
