Yes: Skin that is very dry can develop irritation. The best treatment would probably be to use a cream that is both an exfoliant and emollient. I generally recommend either a lactic or a glycolic acid cream to help get rid of the dry, rough skin. http://www.OmahaCosmeticSurgery.com
