Red itchy bumps on face skin is very dry i'm scared to use anything just using benzol peroxide on spot. what to do?! :(

Difficult to say: There are many causes for "red itchy bumps." Without a detailed examination and history, it would be difficult to pin down a specific treatment to help you. In regards to your dry skin, benzoyl peroxide can make this worse and may not be helpful in your situation. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist and keeping your skin hydrated in the meantime.

Get checked: I would not use Benzoyl Peroxide on dry skin. I would suggest a face to face visit with your doctor to confirm it is acne or something else like a skin infection.
