No and yes: All these conditions are entirely different and cannot be confused with one another. If yours look like typical papillae (you can easily find photos on line), you can be sure it isn't warts or herpes. Oral warts are rare, and oral herpes rarely occurs on the tongue. Both HSV and HPV, the viruses that cause herpes and warts, are commonly present without symptoms. But that doesn't mean you have it.
