Painless?: Some women may find the HyCoSy less uncomfortable than an HSG but honestly, they will be pretty similar. Causes zero pain? That is simply not true. Both procedures are safe with only mild-to- moderate discomfort. I do not know anything about the comparative cost of the 2 procedures, esp. outside the US. Please do not be scared, discuss pros and cons with you doctor. Good wishes.
