Get evaluation: Peyronie's disease causes penile curvature that in severe cases may cause pain or preclude intercourse. Sounds like you have a mild case shouldn't cause ED. To eliminate organic (medical) causes for erectile problems, your urologist does a history, exam, lab tests and assess erection after using appropriate medications. If above normal then psychological cause may be present and needs follow-up
