Acromegaly?: Hi. I really can't say, of course, not seeing you, but there is a very rare disease called acromegaly, where adult patients get a bigger jaw (and develop spacing between teeth), forehead, hands, and feet, and soft tissues hypertrophy. Has your shoe size changed? It might be worthwhile seeing a doctor with this in mind. Of course, I could be totally off base. Good luck!
