Sure: It takes a few days to get much breast milk, so keep putting the baby to breast to stimulate milk production which depends on baby's suckling.

Yes: breastfeeding is a process. milk takes 3-4 days to appear in the first time breastfeeding mom. frequent feeding every 2-3 hrs is important to stimulate milk production. also access to an experienced former or current breastfeeding mom or a lactation consultant can be very helpful for support and advice.
