Unlikely: If you are 3+ months post partum, breast feeding and received the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Irregular bleeding in that situation is normal. If you are having suspicious symptoms, you will do well to get a pregnancy test because it is not impossible.
