Pelvic adhesions: Unfortunately, chlamydia infections make little symptoms, and therefore go untreated for a long time, or get never treated. All the while, the body does fight the chamydia infection, the end results of which is scar tissue that can partially or totally block the tubal passages setting the woman up for tubal pregnancy or making her unable to conceive naturally.
