Antioxidants: Do NOT use Vaseline. Use vit E oil, Alovera gel, or an antioxidant gel such as is available from PerioSciences.com

Several...: Hydrate yourself, Use ghee instead of vaseline. Take a Multivitamin pill, Riboflavin helps.
