Teething: You're teething. Unlike an infant, however, you can't bawl, and drooling is just too messy. See your Dentist immediately to 1) make sure gums are not infected, 2) wisdom tooth is not damaging adjacent tooth, 3) wisdom tooth is properly aligned, wisdom tooth is not causing shifting of other teeth, and 4) help with pain management.

See a dentist ASAP: When wisdom teeth cause problems, they need to come out. If you are experiencing pain, swollen gums, lymph nodes and it does not go away or if you find it difficult to open your mouth, you should see a dentist for evaluation, x-ray and wisdom teeth removal.

Yes: Yes. Knowing your age would help If you are an adult, it is unlikely that the tooth will completely erupt normally. Removal is usually required. See a board certified oral & maxillofacia surgeon for advice/treatment.
