No: Widal is a measure of what you may have run into in the past. If you feel okay now, stop worrying. Everybody meets salmonella at one time or another.

Yes: it means Typhoid......consult your doctor. If symptoms of fever, wt loss, Low blood count,Bradycardia initially, diarrhoea......need prompt treatment.
