Ask the pharmacist: Since the concentrations in different products can vary, the best course of action would be to take the bottle to the pharmacist so s/he can advise you on the most appropriate dose. Usually, taking the recommended dose for children 12 and older will equal the adult dose, and this might be available on your label.
