No harm to baby: It is very unlikely that you could reach your baby using tweezers on the abdomen. The abdominal wall and then the uterine wall are just too thick. You'd be more likely to cause a break in the skin of the abdomen and have a small laceration.

Unlikely: I am assuming this was superficial (impacting the skin). As previously stated there is a fair amount of tissue between your outer body and the baby.
