Less than 1?: Antithyroglobulin comes with a number so it should say greater than 1 but give you an actual number. If there is no antibodies, then it say less than 1 (<1) which is good for you. Is this what you mean?

Nothing: A disease is not diagnosed by a single lab test and thus its mere presence means nothing. A highly elevated level suggests that you are at a higher risk to have thyroid disease however.
