Make sure your: blood pressure,cholesterol,blood sugar R normal.Stay aerobically fit,don't smoke or drink too much( for women now is no more than 1 drink per day ) and don't get stressed out.Keep your regular checkups,take your medicine,and find doctors who have the inclination to listen to you.☺️
