Just the opposite: Chlorine is in pools as a disinfectant, i.e. it kills bacteria and viruses. The chance of infection from a cut in a chlorinated pool less than it would be otherwise, not more. If the cut is large enough that you think it might need stitches, visit an emergency room or urgent care clinic. Otherwise, just use a bandaid and keep it clean and dry.
