Warning symptoms : Throbbing can be a sign of expanding blood vessels, do to many things like stress, elevated blood pressure but could also be a blood vessel wall weakness that Doctors call aneurysms that can over time rupture and bleed and could be fatal, please go and see your Doctor or get checked in an emergency room to be safe, no one can tell when these things can happen by how they feel!
