Prob not : Of course your doctor will need to review your complete history but those who are heterozygous for MTHFR do not require Heparin. Homozygous patients with elevated fasting homocysteine do. Not sure what "gravesish" means so that should be clarified at your visit

On Thyroid medication for years. Last 3 test 3 months apart Normal TSH ( 1.78, 1.48 , 0.816) But high Free T4 (1.8, 1.87 ,1.84) normal FT4 values 0.8 to 1.77. What could cause high FT4 and could that cause increased palpitations and arrhythmias?
