Unrelated infection: I think it's unrelated -you had Strep and wiped it out with those antibiotics. Now, it's very possible you've acquired a new infection - such as the flu or another infection. Best to try and get a diagnosis from your primary doc or a walk-in - then if it's flu, you can take antivirals. We're having a bad flu season here in the U.S. right now. You have 3 of the symptoms and need a proper diagnosis.
