Being tired: Hello, being lethargic is one of the most common complaints of patients. It is also one of the most more difficult problems to solve to everyone's satisfaction. And no matter what age it can be caused by serious physical problems or serious mental problems or both. Smoking is never a good option but it may not have anything to do with your problem. You need to be evaluated by someone.
