Check a pregnancy: I would first check a pregnancy test. Then you probably need to see your GYN doctor for an exam and to be tested. Especially if you are pregnant, having discharge, or the pain is getting worse.

Have an OBGYN exam: This is a very good time to have an exam - it might be normal variation, but that's great to find out. If there is something off, it's great to nip it in the bud. Win-win. Have an exam!
