Make diet changes: You may have gastric reflux disease, esophagitis, gastritis or gastric ulcer, gallbladder disease or another condition. Eating too close to bedtime? Eating very large meals? Eating gas-producing or reflux-producing foods? Correcting these issues would be a good place to start. SE your clinician for exam of symptoms persist or get worse.
