I am on 30mg mirtazapine should this help with anxiety my anxiety is through the roof feeling so nervous and irritable feel i am crawling the walls?

Doesn't seem to: Depending on how long you have taken Mirtazapine, if it is not helping, it won't. Talk to your doctor about an additional medication or a different medication that will help with the anxiety.
