Be healthy: Avoid too much sun exposure, be good about sun protection, sleep well, stay hydrated, eat a diet rich in veggies and fruits and healthy fats like avocado, fatty fish, nuts, avoid too much make up and processed foods, don't wash your face/skin too much, avoid smoking and minimize stress. Otherwise, there is a strong genetic component too!
