No risk, don't worry: There has never been a case of HIV or any STD that was transmitted in a clinic or doctor's office, or that resulted from being tested for HIV. Although of course the health worker should not handle garbage and then touch patients, HIV and STDs are not the kinds of infections that would result. Don't worry about it.
