I fell out of bed at 455 am est & banged my forehead hard on my nightstand... i took vimovo (esomeprazole and naproxen) 500mg/20mg & i'm incing. it's swelling. what shd i do?

Visit ER: For a mild head injury, no treatment may be needed. However, watch for symptoms of a head injury, which can which can show up later. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the best immediate therapy. Visit ER CT or an MRI scan might be done to rule out a brain bleed.
