Pregnancy test : Clomid (clomiphene) is used either to make one good egg if irregular or with polycystic ovaries (ovulation induction) or if regular cycling with other infertility factors such as male or endometriosis to make more than one good egg (super ovulation). So clomid (clomiphene) is used to make one egg or many. In those trying to make one egg spotting may mean no egg was made but irrespective always do a pregnancy test!
