Should i tell my doctor about my seizure like twitches its happening alot its not normal?

Yes: Yes you should. "Twitching" is not usually serious but in some cases they may be seen in some types of seizure disorders. A lot would depend upon their description, when they're occurring, and what other symptoms are associated with them.
