Yes: Antibodies is present once you got HIV,your immune system produce the antibodies,some viruses like HEP A,B,C antibodies might show only after 3 months from getting contact with the virus.but if the blood tests shows antibodies of HIV then it is positive and your body is carrying the virus,hope you are not carrying it.stay safe.
