A member asked:

How can i be tested for black mold in my sinuses. i spent a year in kentucky. i thought i had hyperthyroidism ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Beware: Black mold of the sinuses is either a myth or is eluding real scientists -- in contrast to other rare sinus fungi. If it were real, one of the research piranha groups at the NIH would have picked up on it if it were an actual fungal invader. Truth is, Cynthia, if you buy into one of these "pop" systemic infections (candida, undetectable Lyme), you will never be cured or feel well again.
